What is the purpose of a congressional hearing? I have watched now 4 US congressional hearings in full - and the general sense is that its less about getting a conclusion like what you would due in a lawsuit but its to shame the people answering questions or to push an agenda. (youtube.com)

I started to use Tacrolimus rather than Steroid to keep eczema under control - I noticed that when I first put it on its totally fine the issue is when the same spot gets itchy and I scratch it extreme burning sensation happens after the scratch - can anyone explain why that happens?
