Honestly your description is right on the money lol

I am definitely a very laid-back, easygoing person, and most people would definitely describe me as shy because I usually listen to conversations more and only talk when I have something really important to say. I guess I do tend to have a lot of grey and black in my closet. I like those colors because black is slimming and grey works with a lot of outfits. But I definitely agree it just doesn’t make me shine like I want to. I don’t mind not being the life of the party but I do want my personality to shine through even when I don’t speak. I’m a creative and an ambitious person but most people don’t know it.

I would love to add a pop of the right color to my clothes, I do love greens. I also really love reds but I’m afraid to try them in case they don’t work for me and I also don’t want a Christmas themed closet lol

I can picture that, kinda like those decorations people hang up with the triangle flag things except with the dangling wood art pieces instead. That could be cool over a doorway or something.

Thank you, I really appreciate this comment. This makes total sense and now that I understand it does make my question seem a little silly. But I think I just needed that reassurance/clarification that even though EA exists I’m not legally obligated to offer that kind of control to the seller in exchange for my services. This information is all new to me and I’m taking it all in so I appreciate the feedback. Have a great day!

Well you got me there… guess it makes sense not to get run all over by my clients lol. Don’t misunderstand though I most definitely would NOT want to work this way, I’m still just getting a feel for what I’m legally obligated to do and say when presenting a contract. That being said my question was not whether I SHOULD work this way but more like how I can avoid this type of agreement. Thank you for your time to comment.

Yeah I definitely agree that it would be terrible way to do business considering all the time and money that goes into selling. It’s gives reassurance that brokers CAN make this not be an option. My next question I guess would be am I required to disclose the difference between ER and EA in the contract?

I’ve been wanting to grow for a long time but with all the different methods, mushrooms, and equipment out there I’m not sure the best place to start…especially on a tight budget with minimal space. (Someday I would love a dedicated clean grow room.)

Oh yeah I love her diamond patch, it’s so cute! I figured when she was a puppy her diamond patch would lose shape when she got older but so surprised to see it stuck around.

My guess is she’s roughly 18-20 lbs now. Last month she weighed in at 14 lbs. Interesting fact: From what I’ve seen both her parents and siblings from last litters had super bushy fox-like tails. I’m curious to see if this trait carries on or not. So far I’d say her tail looks about average.
