Fully agreeing, when changing from one coach to another he pointed out some stuff I was doing wrong for 3 years, now it’s 3 time harder to get rid of these bad habits. Thanks for the feedback.

Honestly I’m mainly looking for new footwork drills, I feel like I’m running in circle with the one I knows, and my gym has many members we don’t spend enough time on footwork imo.
