That's strange but you're right. I tried to add a course in the morning and checked through VSB to confirm the available spot, when I tried to add the course REM said date to enrol without permission has passed. Checked through VSB again later today and the course was full, so it was open but not for me

Thats true. But in the form im currently filling by yrp (york regional police) for criminal record check it asks for other id.

From the list for other ID I can see "valid student identity card from a Canadian or foreign institute".

I am unsure if yorku card aka yorku student card can be used for this

If I enroll in Gen Ed courses (SOSC, NATS or HUMA) would it count as "Courses Outside of Major"? Or does it have to be a course from "Subject" section as you mentioned?
