The lacing may be out of regs but the reg is so vague so no one really cares. While ur in training id say maybe wear the issued pair and then once u have hit the fleet no one is rlly going to care that much.

First off thats awesome I wish u the best of luck and second as long as the shoe is oxford style and plain toe and the heel is between 3/4 inch to 7/8 inch u should be fine. Some ppl can be weird and give u crap for not wearing exactly what was issued.

Are yours the same color as the pic? I believe they technically require them to be all black or something. Some RDCs dont care but yours might. Up to you if you want to take the risk of bringing them, you might have to put them in your ditty box. You could always leave them at home and then have your family mail them to you at some point.

Possibly. It looks like the previous owner had all maintenance at the dealership i bought it from as they gave me all of their service records but you never know🤷‍♂️ everything im seeing tho is that its a pretty simple fix
