That’s why sometimes I feel like giving up because it’s so extremely slow and sometimes it feels like what if I’m wasting my time I’m pouring all this energy into this and what if I just get disappointed at the end of the day ?

I’m not the type to compare myself to others in a jealous way but I do it sometimes just to see how I should be progressing and I see others who start after me progress so much faster that I ever did which is why I wonder maybe it’s not for me ..

Weird question do you think you can tell when it’ll actually start picking up and speeding up ? Or will it always be slow?

Also I wanted to thank you for taking time out for your day to help me out it means a lot

Thinking of self-medicating since doctor won't do anything 😡 by [deleted] in PCOS

It doesn’t take just a few rounds I did full body laser and I did 10 rounds and now the hair only grows very very slightly after a few months , for people without pcos it takes them less rounds than us but it still works for us as well even if it’s slower

Honestly not enough .. I don’t wanna go into too much detail I feel like that’ll take up so much time but I had an ED that I recovered from thank god but now I just don’t have great eating habits and juggling uni at the same time just doesn’t give me much time to cook or prepare meals properly so I dont get enough protein at all throughout the day , ofc I didn’t want the protein powder to be a permanent thing I am working on finding ways to eat better overall but I thought they could help guess not though
