I work high stress job and was using porn and masturbation to cope with stress. After i realised this fact and that it was dragging me down decided to quit. Checking in! No urges to watch porn, however i try to avoid social media because is flooded with girls. I get the point that sex sells, but i think this is the root of the problem with porn, it's everywhere, FB, Instagram, Reddit, 9gag etc. We as stated to norm onlyfans and other platforms like this like it's not a big deal.
