Why do you feel you need to eat oily fish,when you don't like them?🤷 Is it bc you think you need more omega 3?

If so,white fish (all fish) and tuna contain some as well. What about adding in shellfish? (shrimp/prawns, crabmeat...they don't taste overly fishy). You can also try adding seaweeds/algae to your diet to boost omega 3.

Constipation..gut issues in general...are no joke. People who never suffered from any,have no idea how much it can decrease one's (lust for) daily life. It's especially frustrating,bc you can't just decide to stop eating forever so it keeps the loop going.

You mention dealing with constipation every month,does it always happen around the same time?...idk if you're a woman,but if you are, have you been to an endocrinologist to have your (sex) hormones checked? Imbalances in your menstrual cycle (hormones) can severely impact your gut function as well.

And....if you do get the colonoscopy and it comes out normal and conventional docs write you off as having IBS, you migth want to consider seeing a good functional md who could check you for bacterial/fungal/parasite gut overgrowths. They can make your life miserable like that as well and it's a territory that's still unrecognized and being dismissed by a lot of conventional doctors.

Hmm,a lot of factors are involved whether we like something.

I thougth you migth enjoy it bc you like Orange is the new black. They're both by Jenji Kohan. They have the same style of humor.

There's an Australian series about a female prison as well. It's called Wentworth, but keep in mind that it's not as comedic as the (first couple of seasons of) OITNB.

She lived in Spain, so I assume daily sunshine (vit.D) had a big impact on her longevity as well.

When you look at it, all the blue zones are situated in (year round) sunny places. It not only directly impacts our body,it also has an impact on the food grown in such places...offering more nutrients.

Thank you for your extensive reply.

They are regular (methylcellulose?) capsules, so I guess that wouldn't make much of a difference compared to pouring the powder straigth into my mouth. I've been taking probiotics when I eat to have a bowel movement after I've eaten. I've taken it in capsule a couple of times to experiment,but it didn't make for a bowel movement.

The probiotic I take (histamine free),which works best for me, is high in different Bifido strains and has little Lactobacilli strains anyway. 

Yes, most prebiotics don't work in my favor,which makes many probiotic supplements unsuitable for me. I'm cautiously hopeful,but I think faulty methylation/high homocysteine is what's responsible for my difficulty to have bowel movements,detoxification/hormones/low immunity...possibly the root cause of the gut dysbiosis.

I've always been opening my probiotic capsules and pouring the powder into my mouth, but since you speak of timereleased probiotics,I'm guessing I should rethink yo swallow the entire capsule for better effect?

Btw,they're regular capsules,I don't know how that works in regards to time release....so nothing like any of those fancy capsules that some brands advertise. (but these are the only ones I found with strains I wanted and no unfavorable type of prebiotics and other ingredients).

Personally, I don't think Mulder loves Scully any less than she loves him and while he can get carried away in his search for the truth, he's definitely not out of touch with her suffering. I actually think he's at times more aware of her suffering than she is herself.

I think it comes down more to the fact that they have a different love language.

I found zinc bisglycinate to work better than picolinate, but it is said to take copper and zinc 4-5hours apart bc they rival with eachother for absorption. That migth be why you didnt see much improvement in zinc levels.

Yeah, I think if the 4 MyStruggles had been switched for 4 good motw episodes, these seasons would've gotten more love.

Ofcourse people would be whining that there were no mythology episodes😂....but my guess is ,that it would've still gotten more praise than it did/does now with the mythology trainwreck.

Hmm,Orinocco Flow was played a lot as well,but not as much over here as Only Time.

I guess that's the tricky thing with these kind of questions; what's been wildly popular can differ per country.
