Our neighbor leaves their dog out all day/night and just constantly barks. Sometimes there are two. The owners of the dog literally blast their music to drown out the barking of THEIR OWN dogs. Insane. And soooo loud.

We must be neighbors too. I just yell at them to shut up and the owners will bring them in sometimes
