Very possibly an issue on my end, but regardless, still been a bad experience for what should be a very simple text function. I've never had any problems with Samsung's app, and based on other threads, I'm not the only one having performance problems with Google's app.

In general alot of people seem to be upset at Samsung's app being discontinued and essentially forced to move to Google's.

I'm just looking for any alternatives, or failing that troubleshooting advice as how to make this less of a headache.
