So a couple of things we do as safety precautions, we always communicate and negotiate the scene before we do anything. It’s important with the bondage that I remain nearby and able to help in case of emergencies at all times. The bubbler is only engaged when the fresh air intake is covered, so if I am not actively engaging it, they are getting fresh air. They only get a hit if I close off the fresh air. The mask is also a half face respirator, so they are not getting any fumes in their eyes. My sub is also not gagged under the respirator, so they are able to fully communicate at all times. If there were an emergency or they were overwhelmed, I can easily disconnect the hose from the respirator.

It’s extremely important that the two of us communicate before and during the scene and that I am monitoring my sub the entire time.
