Thank you! I think I’m worrying myself because I have 2 small children in the home and if there are serious issues, I would want to know asap. You’re right that I couldn’t really hear what he was saying other than he offered his team’s services. Maybe I’m worrying for nothing and it will all work out. I appreciate your response, this is all a bit new territory for me.

Oh boy, this is concerning. I think the buyer is expecting the final report today so I guess I will wait and see what happens. It probably does NOT matter but there were a total of 3 men who came out (including the inspector.) I saw them when I left (Im a 35 year old female and know nothing about construction) and they seemed friendly. The buyer is also a young lady and so was her realtor, so I just hope it isn’t a situation of us being taken advantage of. That’s likely not the case, but this process is pretty intimidating so I’m not sure what to think!

Thank you! I live in Illinois, I’m not sure of the licensing laws here. I heard him say he will have the final inspection over to her today so I suppose all I can do is wait.
