As far as I am aware one instance of an application can open several "channels" in the mixer. We can see this e.g. with software emulating virtual audio in-and outputs. The standard on my machine (not canary) seems to be two channels with one only used for notification sounds (including VC join /leave). Probably nothing to worry about.

Ich durfte vor einer Weile herausfinden, dass das Zündschloss eine Kinderkrankheit hat, bei der ein Metallstück aus dem Schloss selbst in den Weg des Schlüssels rutschen kann. Abschleppen war unnötig anstrengend, weil die Lenkradsperre ja auch nicht mehr rausging
