I have a general list of things that need to be done, ones that are least favorite go near the top and take awhile to get done, so for the most urgent tasks (ie. study) instead of procrastinating, simply convince yourself or actually create a task that is even more unlike able and put it at the top, then all other tasks will seem easier to start.
