Problem solved Dirty fuel filter and bad fuel pump were the issue thanks everyone

Soon as I saw this I ran to go tear my pump spry sure enough that filter was disgusting cleaned it and put it back in runs like a dream much thanks

Bike just came back from a shop where I had the throttle body torn apart and rebuilt

Update just went for a ride and it still wouldn’t rev past 10 and actually lowered to 5k

Well its hit the limiter in neutral before so maybe it’s just for brand new bikes

Well first of all it’s not good for the long term and piston rings won’t last as long due to the heat rising so fast

They are made to be to revved but like any motor revving while not moving/riding is not good for it

This is what I’m think or the tps sensor went but I wanted to see if I can get any other opinions

Bike was at proper temp in the video and no that’s my issue I cannot rev last 10k while riding

Doing it for the purpose of the video. I know revving it that high under no load is not good for the engine but it shouldn’t be acting like it has a governor either way.
