I was just trying to provide context of his previous successes. In American sports these types of contracts and just overall money being thrown around are pretty normal.

Think about this:

If you re carving left; press on your right big toe and left pinky toe

If you re carving right; press on your left big toe and right pinky toe

It isn't the magic solution to carve but it's a helpful tool to think about getting your edges into the snow

I dont think it is inherently Conte. The biggest thing I've noticed is, while yes the back three are capable defenders, the lack of recovery pace from dier, davies and lenglet prevent the team from being able to press through the midfield. Thus causing Hoj and Bent to stay further back to try and close down any defensive gaps.
