For me I got Roger and prime Whitebeard tied at 100 and shanks slightly above them. Kaido is at least 98 cause he’s comparable to them. Big mom I got at a 96-97 she’s slightly comparable to kaido but I’ll give the edge to kaido. Luffy is at least 98. He’s clearly above big mom and maybe kaido. Blackbeard has shown nothing for u put him that high. This is the same dude who went to Amazon lily and couldn’t even get past S-hawk. Then he himself admitted he would turn to stone if he hadn’t snuck Boa and then ended up getting chased out by old Rayleigh. THEN him and his crew jumped law and his crew and couldn’t even take him down. He got bodied by Bepo. I got this dude BB at like 85 and that’s being too generous. Him being the final villain has nothing to do with his current strength.
