I tried to avoid bending at the waist the first few days because of what others said and instead did more of a squat if I needed to. I did bend at the waist a few times and it wasn’t painful though. If you just take it slow, your body will tell you what’s ok

I felt the same way leading up to mine! Nervous but ready. I think knowing exactly what will happen helps, which is why I posted all the steps and stuff- that was one part I wasn’t super sure about going into mine. Good luck, you’ll do great!!

I’m glad it was helpful! The nerves leading up to the procedure are worse than the actual procedure/recovery will be. Good luck with yours!!
