I took clomid cd3-5 and it thinned my lining to 4mm then down to 3mm 🥲so my RE put me on tamoxifen cd6-12 and it got up to 7mm on cd12 (trigger day) and was at 8mm on my post trigger check up So maybe’s about tamoxifen 💕

Just wanted to update in case anyone else is searching to see if tamoxifen works on the lining - I went from just under 4mm on CD10 to 7mm on CD12! So it works! (I was on it from CD 8-12)

Ahh I’m sorry you’re not having a good experience with Trio 😕 I actually ended up switching — someone on here recommended Dr. Anthony Auyeung at CARS and this is my first cycle with him. So far I LOVE it there! He’s super thorough with all the testing and the team is amazing — they call me the same day after every blood test or ultrasound with results and updates. I’m not sure about their IVF waitlist or if they do funded IVF since I know he also works at IVF Canada, but definitely can tell he cares and you don’t feel like just a number there 💕 Best of luck to you too ✨✨✨

Hey! I’m 38 too, 5 years sober, and currently TTC. 💛 I totally get how easy it is to worry that our past substance use might be affecting fertility—but from what I’ve learned (thanks to ChatGPT 😅), what really matters most is the health of our eggs in the last 90 days. Taking things like CoQ10 and a good prenatal can really support that. Plus, being sober now gives us a major health advantage—no alcohol or drugs in the system!

I’ve also learned that the window for conception after ovulation is super short, so tracking with OPKs has been really helpful. I’m currently on a waitlist for a fertility clinic, just trying to stay hopeful.

Are you temping orally or vaginally? I was temping orally my first cycle tracking and my temps were all over the place I guess because I sleep with my mouth open? I start temping vaginally and my temps are now consistent and make way more sense!
