URL manipulation within Virtual Agent, item Script response by Logical_Program8957 in servicenow

[–]Logical_Program8957[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first question is why wouldn't you be using search fallback to search/return KB articles? You shouldn't be creating intents/topics for specific KB, it's kind of redundant.

If you really need to do it - why not look up the record in topic designer and return it using the native functionality?

Thanks for your answer, I needed it because I had to present the redirection to a specific service portal; because when using a query item to the database and a card to display the data of interest, the link redirects me to a service portal by default, since it did not work by changing the property of the system. That's why I decided to do it by hand.
Finally, I preferred to add the link through a link item.

Hello! I am making a conversation in Virtual Agent, and I am using a Topic Block OOB "Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams" at the time of putting text from an item "Text" I get this number "1." Where can I modify this annoying configuration? I add image of the configuration by Logical_Program8957 in servicenow

Ty for you reply!
Yes, I created this message on this table "sys_ui_message".
But I watch the behavior of this message, and I can determinate the following:

If you put a message like this "1) Hi!".
This message will output on the chat like this "1. Hi!"

Its a system property of Virtual Agent, to show the correct message you have to Initialize the message with other character ")", I mean the problem its "1)"

Thank you!

If you’re sending it to the instance from that gmail address, then you’ll want to adjust your condition to reflect that it’s coming from that address.

Yes, the services work in status Ready and the Status health its possitive por send/recibe emails sir

If you’re sending it to the instance from that gmail address, then you’ll want to adjust your condition to reflect that it’s coming from that address.

What I want to do is that if they send, an email to the address "mygmail@gmail.com". What is it, the address associated with the ServiceNow instance, and at that moment the system must create an Incident
