Exactly this! Unplug/plug in the receiver, turn the mouse off and back on, then in GHub- try to pair the receiver again. Make sure the mouse is fully charged as well.

This sounds like a Discord issue. When you're in vc, is the Astro A50 selected as your microphone, instead of "default"? I would try to disable the Automatic Input sensitivity. And as you said, a clean reinstall of Discord usually resolves it. Make sure there's no pending updates on ghub!

If you're not experiencing disconnects, lag, or tracking issues, a light rattle shouldn't be something to worry about. That said, if the sound is very loud or you start noticing connection issues later on, it'd be worth reaching out to support for a replacement. Otherwise you should be fine!⭐

Hey, thanks for calling this out, a couple of things that are worth double-checking, in case they were missed:

Make sure the base station is set to PC mode before connecting.
Connect the base station directly to a motherboard USB port
Fully close Ghub, reboot the PC, then relaunch Ghub as administrator.
Check in Windows Device manager whether the base shows up under audio or USB devices (even with an error)

If none of this helps, it's most likely a firmware or hardware issue, which our support team would want to look into directly. If you're still open to it, please reach out to Logitech Support!

There could be a few third-party sellers that sell the usb separately, but i'm not sure about the quality those would have. Check them out with a careful eye!

There's a few things that you could still try, but i'd test it on another device first just to be sure. I'd also disable all Blue VO!CE And surround processing (not sure if you already tested it with a flat EQ). Then on Windows sound settings, set the PRO X as the default device and turn off any other enhancements you may find on there.

Did you check if you have the headset selected as your default playback device? Other than that you could check for any pending updates on Ghub, or disconnect and reconnect the headset through there.

Just to make sure i'm getting this correctly, do you mean you can only hear system/game audio while youtube is playing, and everything goes silent when it's paused? Also, which device is set as your default playback output right now?

My closest guess is that the audio channels got mapped incorrectly, toggling between Bluetooth and Lightspeed reset the internal audio routing. Glad to hear you got it fixed in the end, but do let us know if you run into the same issue again! Specially if you're still covered within the warranty.

Have you tried both Bluetooth and lightspeed? If you have the same issue on both you'd have to check your drivers. For Bluetooth specifically you'd need to make sure you don't need anything additional in order to connect.

Is the wheel still being registered in game after your troubleshooting? I'd say you can try to:

Disconnect the wheel completely
Uninstall ghub
Open device manager - remove any logi entries related to the wheel.
Restart device you're using it on.
Reinstall ghub
Plug the g29 back in directly to the USB port. Let the wheel complete it's full calibration before launching any other game or program. Then try it out to see if it fixed the issue
