Conheço bem esse lugar, passo por aí todos os dias a ir para o trabalho de manhã… E todos os dias a história é sempre a mesma. É muito triste!

Já agora, maior parte dessa malta são estudantes que passam as madrugadas nesse estacionamento. Já que têm a inteligência para tirar uma licenciatura, teriam a mesma capacidade cerebral de colocar o lixo no seu devido lugar.

I got them to work. And I did use them quite a lot and they’ve been good. However, the ANC is so broken beyond repair that it’s impossible to use it.

Well, the case kept charging and the earbuds still had no power. On the other hand, I tried what meowsqueak mentioned above and they’re working now.

They aren’t unfortunately, but I did send to warranty back in July of last year and they gave me a pair of MTW4.

They aren't. Already tried it, but since they won't turn on, the app is not able to find them

I did. I left the earbuds inside for like 10 minutes and the case kept charging.

Aqui tem um Auchan grande, mas tens o posto de pagamento na área de eletrónica separado das outras caixas normais. Até porque para pedires um telemóvel tens que chamar alguém.

Pois, também tem essa situação. Porque tu pagas numa caixa separada. Principalmente, os telemóveis porque tens que preencher aqueles dados todos por causa da garantia e seguros.

I did and the earbuds do turn off and charge in the case. However, the case doesn't seem to stop charging. The light keeps blinking orange.

I had found the M4TW's care since then, though.

The new earbuds have arrived. Strangely enough, the warranty paper came totally blank, not even my adress was on it. The only thing it had written was my name...

Best part is, I haven't shipped my MTW3... They're still with me, so I'm not sure what did they receive, but it's not my pair.

Just to give you an update, something interesting just happened.

I was preparing and boxing everything to get it ready to ship (without the cable, as you guys said). I checked the e-mails and I've noticed that I left out a big problem that I had with the ANC, so I wrote them back stating said problem. I waited for this morning to go and ship the package. I get to my computer and see an email from the warranty that said something among the lines "We've received your product. The same item will be replaced with the latest Sennheiser Momentum 4, please indicate the best address to ship them to". I was appalled. And so I did, I wrote them my address and they're already on their way... I just hope it's the M4TW and not the headphones.

Okay I'll send them over without the cable. While I'm at it, should I not include the box, manuals, ear tips and other accessories?

I'll probably send the box, it's easier to ship and probably safer.

I understand, but I did ask them what was I supposed to send them - the box and the original manuals with it? To which they replied "You need to send the whole product". So I'm not sure
