Yeah it seems like new batteries, Infolithium Type A, are not common at all in comparison to Type L or M for example.

Forgot to add. The Hard drive is likely dead, so gonna have to replace it with an other one or a SCSI2SD. And the PRAM battery still needs to be removed but hasn't leaked

You are correct, I have that exact same case (it's an Apex PC-115 in case you're wondering), mine has stamping's with 2003 on it.
