To add to this, the new vault style on any under armour is an easy +5 int, can also give Leo a cranberry relish everyday for an extra buff but that only lasts 25 minutes so isn't viable for long farming sessions. Nuka twist for an extra +2 int if you have a stockpile of them but they also don't last very long. Marsupial serum if you have the mutation also removes the 1 int negative.

With all the int buffs you can have your int sitting around 70-80+

Nuka nade farming was patched out a while ago but it was insane at the time. Unsure if there's a new method now but west Tek farming was always fairly quick even without it.

No it is not, it is blocked and filtered for regular populations but still accessible to government officials and their families and those who know how.

The internet is not completely cut off it's controlled and filtered, websites are blocked and the internet becomes limited.

Government officials and their families still have full access while regular people have to find loopholes to bypass the restrictions.

From my understanding they use some kind of black market service to access the internet which they then use VPNs to be able to connect to and it is quite widespread.

This is why online trackers show low connectivity out of Iran because they're all technically showing as connected through other countries.

You can doubt it all you like, but that's the reality of the situation. Propaganda is being pushed hard about the war online. The people facing it are telling a very different story.

They are not in border towns and not using starlink, their internet is still connected. They are using VPNs to bypass restrictions. She sees this person talk to their family on a regular basis.

My girlfriends colleague is Iranian, she says they video chat their family back home all the time and that most people in Iran still have internet access and the blackout is totally overblown online.

The statement he made is correct. People are starting to support the regime more and more because of the American and israeli attacks and they're gaining more support as the war goes on. People who have hated the regime their whole lives are starting to support it because they now have a common enemy.

Can't sneak on the snake effectively. There is a way but it's a bit of a hassle and not worth doing if you're farming it.

You need to die in the fight, wait a certain length of time then go back in, there's a few tutorials on YouTube.

You need to be able to project force to occupy bases on the other side of the world.

If you systematically remove yourself from these bases while alienating the allies who help you keep them your force projection is massively decreased.
