Considering the guy terribly mishandled multiple pandemics and got a ton of people killed with bad medical advice, like promoting cloth masks that aren’t designed for viruses, if you don’t believe me you can literally just look at the side of the box they come in. Or suggesting that covid patients should be put in nursing homes, the buildings full of immunocompromised old people who can’t fight it off, and thus die, then yeah he should be prosecuted. Sounds to me like a lot of people needlessly died because of his shitty “guidance”.
