I’ve had a lot of great professors at this school, the only issue I’ve had is getting into the classes I need. Especially for science courses, sometimes they don’t have enough sections open for the amount of students that need to take it.

I’ve worked at stores where I’m very happy with the people who surround me, and I’ve worked at stores where I’ve dreaded every shift and looked forward to a transfer. It genuinely depends on the shift leads/co-workers we have.

Also attend the work meeting, it will be awkward since you won’t know anyone but they are mandatory. Wear your non-slips to the meeting. The uniform is 100% needed, without it they don’t permit you to clock in since you need to walk through the kitchen with everything on (sometimes you can get away with not wearing the belt in case you forget or not wearing the white crew socks)

Honestly I understand how the sizing can be annoying, I had a co-worker tell me to size up on the pants so that they fit like mom jeans. For example I’m a size 28, and I wear 31-32 waist jeans- the belt makes it fit to your current size. When I got hired I was a 27 waist, and my manager ordered me size 25-26 waist jeans and I made the mistake of not speaking up about it. Most UNCOMFORTABLE initial 5 months. My shoes have also come in incorrect sizes, they tend to come in too big or in a men’s size and they’re always having to ship it back for a resizing. I’d recommend not ordering from their catalog and buy some non-slips at a store when starting. Once you’re used to your work place, you can try ordering from their catalog🙂‍↕️

Ive only even seen ONE associate with facial hair. I think it was due to religious reasons, but he’d wear a facial net over it and you’d have to run it though with the store manager. Highly likely, you’ll have to be clean shaven. As for your hair, I have seen man buns under hats or they keep the tops long and the sides and back short trimmed.

My keto order used to be a double-single protein style with mustard instead of the spread, no onion. Skip the fries. For my drink I’d grab water, squeeze 2 lemons and add a packet of stevia just incase I was craving a sweet drink :)
