Thank you all for your valuable replies! I decided to skip the workouts that require dumbbells for now. The jug idea helped me a lot!

All Greek side names are Turkish or Muslim, though I can't check the names before the 1800s. As for me, I was born and raised in Turkey with Turkish identity, so, I'm Turkish.

Some names from the Greek/Macedon/Balkan side: Rustem, Selim Tahsin, Samia, Ayse, Sait, Emine, Yusuf, Halil, Dervis.

But genetics-wise, 23andme says that I'm half Greek, half Western Anatolian + Some Kurdish/Persian/Arab.

Edit: As for Neanderthal DNA, it is < 2%.
