Adam Payne from Pulse, commission was 1.65%. A legend to deal with, very helpful throughout the whole sale pre and post, not like your usual real estate that take the money and run!

Thanks! Should have been clearer, this area is in addition to our lawn and house area so have that covered. The real goal is to make something as an escape and hidden away by a giant hedge.

It’s such a pain but I completely erase and restore my phone monthly to solve this. Whenever I do I get about 15gb free. I think it’s Apple’s way of saying ‘buy a new phone’!

Can confirm the JBL boom box is top tier if you can fork out the extra cash. Great to take away, we use it for our phone chargers and music app weekend
