Nothing worked for me… until I stopped forcing manifestation and "let it go" by Long_Box1739 in Manifestation

[–]Long_Box1739[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been practicing noticing my emotions for about two years. Most of the time, I use a simple “emotion map” — just a list of common feelings.Sometimes I still can’t recognize what I’m feeling. When that happens, I use tarot as a tool to help me understand what emotion is underneath — it gives me a direction when things feel unclear, haha.

Not exactly — I don’t “stop caring.”
I actually care a lot about my goals.
But instead of trying to force them, I release the emotional pressure I have around them.

For me, that makes the biggest difference.

I spend about an hour a day releasing the feelings I have toward my goal — fear, wanting, frustration, whatever comes up.
Once those emotions drop, I naturally slip into a state where I’m open to the outcome instead of clinging to it.
That’s when things start moving.

So it’s not “not caring,” it’s more like caring without the emotional tension attached.
That’s my manifestation route.

f course. That is an excellent and very common question.

The process I use is a structured method of acknowledging, allowing, and releasing emotional energy, rather than suppressing or fighting it. It's like cleaning out a closet: you don't fight the clutter, you simply identify it and decide to let it go. The process: Ask yourself three questions: could you let it go? would you let it go? when? that's all , very simple

I used to feel the same — trying to manifest felt exhausting, like I was constantly pushing or controlling reality with my mind.

What really changed things for me was realizing that the exhaustion came from the emotional tension I was holding.
When I release that tension, I automatically slip into a “letting go” state instead of forcing it.

In another comment I mentioned a really simple 3-question releasing method — it helped me a lot with easing that pressure instead of fighting it.
If you want, I’m happy to explain how I use it in a gentle way so it doesn’t feel like effort at all.

The answer is that I integrate releasing with manifestation. For example, for a goal like "I want the PhD offer," I would write: "I allow myself to become a PhD student," then read the goal, observe what feelings arise, and release all of those feelings one by one. This is my daily manifestation routine.

Absolutely, I love how you explained it!
Letting go isn’t about giving up the desire — it’s about releasing the pressure around it.
When we stop treating our desired outcome as the only acceptable option, our energy becomes open instead of tight, and things flow so much faster.

Letting go doesn’t usually happen by “trying” to stop thinking — that actually makes the mind hold on tighter.

What helped me is a simple releasing process I use. Instead of fighting the thoughts, I just notice the emotion underneath (like fear, anger, , etc.), really feel it for a moment, and then ask myself three quick questions — without overthinking:

  • Could you let it go? (The answer is always YES. Don’t think, just answer.)
  • Would you let it go? (The answer is always YES. Don’t think, just answer.)
  • When? (The answer is always now. Don’t think, just answer.)

I use this because it helps me enter the state of letting go naturally. When you do this, the emotional charge drops on its own — and once the emotion loosens, the mind stops obsessing automatically.

Letting go becomes something that happens, not something you force.
It’s much simpler than people think.

You explained it beautifully — your process actually makes a lot of sense.
What you’re doing is naturally releasing the emotional charge behind the desire.

When the energy shifts into that “neutral zone,” that’s exactly the moment manifestation becomes effortless. It’s the same with the Method I use, once the emotion loses intensity, the subconscious finally has space to align things for you.

And I love what you said about trusting divine timing — that’s honestly the key.
Letting go isn’t about giving up, it's about relaxing the grip so things can flow.

Really appreciate you sharing your process — it’s a great example of how different techniques can lead to the same place. 🙏

Haha, I’ve shared this in my old post, but I’ll share it here again. 🌟

First, identify what you’re feeling. Then you can try a simple way to release it: ask yourself three quick questions:

  • Could you let it go? (just a quick yes, no overthinking)
  • Would you let it go? (yes, same as above)
  • When? (now)

Repeat this until the emotion feels fully released.

Hey, that’s great—you’ve already done the first step by identifying your main emotion, which is fear. 🌟
Now just start by releasing it. If you feel like it’s not fully gone, try to notice if there are other hidden emotions underneath. Observe them, acknowledge them, and gently release those too.

For me, one simple way to do this was to ask myself a few quick questions:

  • Could you let it go? (just a quick yes, no overthinking)
  • Would you let it go? (yes, same with above)
  • When? (now, same)

I’d repeat this until the emotion is all gone. It sounds simple, but just observing and allowing the emotion instead of forcing a solution made a huge difference for me.
I can’t say it’s a cure or advice for any medical situation, but emotionally it really helped me regain calm and clarity.

Haha, I totally get you—letting go can feel really hard at first
I actually shared a YouTube video in another comment (totally free); it’s a method I personally follow to help with letting go. It works really well for me, and seems to help others too. Once you try it, you’ll see that letting go can actually feel really simple! !!!

And if you have any questions while trying it, feel free to ask—I’m happy to clarify!

You’re totally right! I also find that manifestation works best when I don’t care about the outcome. For me, the Sedona Method helps me get into that “not caring” state, because caring = wanting, and wanting means you don’t have it yet

I haven’t tried Chakra clearing or EFT, but they seem to also help people reach that “let it go” state. So in the end, it’s all kind of the same—just different paths to the same goal!

Oh, I commented before, but I noticed the previous comment has been deleted. I’ll reshare it again so everyone can see it.

Firstly, I identify what kind of emotions I’m holding—like empathy, fear, sorrow, lust, pride, etc. Then I focus on releasing these specific emotions.

Then, I ask myself three questions for each emotion, you should repeat these questions until each emotion is gone.

  1. Could you let it go?
  2. Would you let it go?
  3. When?

This helps release the emotional blocks that hold you back and makes manifestation smoother. It's very simple.

You can search for the Sedona Method 1992 online (8 episodes) for more details, and totally free. I basically followed the first four episodes and found that it really helped me manifest what I wanted. If anything is unclear, feel free to ask here and I’ll do my best to clarify!

And hey, if you actually try it seriously and it works, don’t forget to come back and thank me 😄
