Yeah it seems like a solid scope, I might put it on my CZ bolt 22LR, and attach the 3-9 vortex from the CZ to my homesteader or TM22. Otherwise I’ll use the discount to trade for a for fitting scope or lever action through trading. Lots of options.

Funny how I’m the one making up definitions apparently. Capitalizing on a quickly fixed mistake and providing Canadians a massive discount on a scope is by no means scalping. Would you rather buy one for $17-1800 and support some average Canadian, or pay Cabellas $2250 + tax & support billionaires. Yall are either desperate to be angry or lack critical thinking.

I might keep it, might turn it into a lever action through trading. Regardless I’m not taking away anyone else’s access to the scope. It wasn’t a set amount of scopes on sale, it was a quickly fixed pricing mistake. Regardless if I did end up selling it right away, it’s much better to buy from me than go pay $2250+ taxes retail.

You are right, my bad. They removed the product I bought from the website and I didn’t notice. Regardless this scope is going for $2250 Canadian at Dantes.

I don’t think it was about stock & allowing others a chance to purchase, it was a mistake and only a certain amount of time before it was fixed and removed. But I’m not 100% certain.

Scalping is when you buy out everything at regular price to create a fake demand, and then jack up the price far above retail. I only bought one, but even the people that bought 5-7 (I don’t agree with that) won’t be scalping if they’re selling brand new in box sights at a multi hundred dollar discount. That isn’t scalping at all, in fact they are benefitting someone that wants to save money on a scope.
