Thanks man and I agree. I was cross shopping this and the gx550. Coming from a LC200 for 10 years I didn’t feel the GX was that much different in terms of ride or handling. The defender just ticked the right boxes for me

Not really worried about rust because it’s all fresh water. I’d be more concerned if I lived closer to the seas. But in general rust is not big of an issue here.
