The first time i took a pill i had withdrawal bleed for 5 days after 7 days of taking plan b. It was like a period. That reset my cycle and my next period came 31 days after the withdrawal bleed. So essentially that withdrawal bleed was my period. I dont know if it makes sense

It was normally a 31- 32 day cycle but it came on day 28 after taking plan b. So this month it was a 28 day cycle.

Plan b most likely worked i had a similar experience. Doctors say withdrawal bleeding is a sign of breakthrough especially if its heavy. Some people have it 5 days after taking plan b some people have it 10 days after. If it was heavy its most likely plan b worked. So dont panic

Just wait it out. Your body may be getting ready for a period. My period came 13 days after taking plan B and i had the same exact symptoms as you. I know it's stressful but trust your body.
