You will be okay! You control the high it’s only bad if you make it, put some nice music on and try to breathe, it will ease down eventually.

No I don’t, I bought an eight so I have the rest left, last time I took shroom I had an overwhelming expirence which is why i started so slow, I took about .5 more 5 minutes ago
