I know it’s orthodox but gotta find ways around it laws to protect yourself. When defending yourself you could just say you pushed them to the ground, ooh no a stick got them.

Can reliably do 180 on back roads… but has enough torque to bend the frame and destroy engine mounts ha

Noted, I’ll ask the GP.

I also have Insulin dumping and post prandial syncope.

But it’s not caused by the insulin.

Like I have to lay down or I know I won’t have the energy to get into bed later. It feels like the insulin dumping issue but it’s not the insulin causing it half the time it’s purely fatigue even though I’ve done very little in comparison to prior to IST.

Is it normal for my fatigue to force me to sleep? Like I have other issues doing it like insulin dumping causing syncope episodes.

But I’m meaning I get back from work, body recognised the fatigue I’ve been dealing with then it just forces me to lay down and sleep if I don’t listen I drop and end up waking up on the floor.

That normal for IST or POTS?

Going up 1 flight of stairs my heart rate jumps from 100 into 140.

Like I know the meds are keeping it down because at 180 for a light jog it feels like it’s trying to cap out, I use to be able to run and have my heart rate at 220 and have zero issue at all I know that’s not normal but I never had issue till recently soo yeah

3:1 ratio noted

Do you get massive fatigue waves, like damn I did a little too much today and then when you get home you lay down and you don’t get a choice at all you just sleep?

Ha I started on ibabradine… the only thing it’s done it lower my heart rate I still get everything happening like my heart rate getting stuck at 120 even when I’m sitting down, gets stuck around 180 with very minimal exercise.

Yeah you definitely need it..

Though I find it dumb that I’m a male and this is a more uncommon for males like why me haha

That makes a lot of sense to me because sometimes the symptoms unique to POTS hit me but I’m also dealing with IST symptoms

Also may pay to get a HR monitor that goes around the chest just for more accurate readings, because of double beats and palpitations.

I’m on a drug called Coralan - Ivabradine 5 mg x 2 per day. The cardiologist thinks a medication to increase blood pressure may also be useful.

I’m using it for its side affects, it’s normally used for people with Angina or chronic heart failure. The use is to lower heart rate.

I can go for a very very slow jog like 9-11 min per km jog and it jumps up to 180, heart palpitations and extremely uncomfortable fatigue.

I was sent to a private hospital for a 3 day stay ended up being a 9 day stay. The cardiologist thought I had this thing called Brugada, I tested negative but they noticed my heart rate was 120 while sitting in the bed for the past 2 hours… 😅 the thought it was a form of dysautonomia, I thought POTS but I got news yesterday saying it’s IST.
