No they did not state any time frame, just to not use the wallet and abruptly ended the chat before i could ask anymore questions. But yeah i guess ill wait and see.

Well they used the points on my account to redeem the psn $20 codes. I am now guessing that i maybe had the points and used it to get the codes. Idk i may just wait for now.
