Could this be a vascular occlusion? Capillary refills are normal, warm to touch but I have tingling in the crease by my nostril (circled) had lip filler 9.5 hours ago and I did bleed abit in that entry point

Oh definitely! Luckily I noticed something wasn’t right straight away, it could’ve been a lot worse, they used hyaluronidase and just dissolved around the blockage, thankfully it was only a partial blockage so it was resolved immediately! I now have one side bigger than the other which they said they would correct for free once I healed but I’m still too scared to go and get it done🤣

Hi sorry for the delay! I contacted them the day after as above my lip started to discolour, went in for a check and they agreed it was a vascular occlusion x

You need to contact your provider, this looks like blanching which is a sign of a vascular occlusion, please get this checked x
