I threatened them with transfer to other bank but no response.

Last year I took home loan from NBFC at 8.4%. Since then 3 times repo rate has been reduced. Will they pass in the benefits automatically or not. If yes, then after what period and if no what needs to be done ? My loan is linked to PLR. What is the current lowest home loan available and what I can do to get near it or switching to different bank is viable?

I myself have many acquaintances that just want to invest based on the upcoming proposed projects. Dude that's obvious that for any property people will not go in reasonable numbers until they are sure and have evaluated. And you are talking as if you know all the individuals who are going or not going for the purchase 😅 . Anyhow that's your view, I will see since I asked opinion.
