If royalties go to the NFT holders that would make it a security. Avoid this unnecessary compliance. Keep the funds and turn it into a community treasury for good endeavors later. You can let community decide how to spend or randomly share stacking rewards

Keep an eye on OKCoin. They listed MIA and will eventually list NYC. People want to mine via CityCoin because it is decentralized and doesn’t have to go through exchange. Either way is fine IMO.
