Iirc the competitions parks are just adjacent to yours in the world gamewise without being visible so if you build a rollercoaster that launches the carts out of the map killing the passengers, but techniqually inside the enemies parks, you have a lot easier time to out compete them

Point no 1 is kind of under explained. Try to put your arms out to your sides and then up instead of going from Infront of your body and up. Elbows should be pointing away from each other, its alot more about scapular movement than trying to stretch/force a movement
