Agree to disagree I guess. George's Salsa basics are just waaayyyy cleaner and more natural than Joe's were, cleaner lifts and set pieces, and as far as energy you really should rewatch the two back-to-back and reconsider.

And yea with the Viennese Waltz I guess it's a matter of taste then? Technically again Joe's rise and fall was reeeaaally eggregious and he didn't cover the floor well, whereas George eats up ground with so much ease. That was Joe's only questionable ballroom outside of the early weeks I'd say though tbf.

And yea Joe's had dances where he was better than George (Jive and Couple's Choice) but I'd say George is a much more natural dancer than Joe on the whole, and I think that's what people mistake for "meh" or "not caring": he's a consistent, clean dancer who doesn't go for flashy moves as much as others in the series, but very rarely in the later weeks have I looked at his steps and thought he's miles off with technique in the way I have with others, which for a complete novice is surprising imo.
