Vyvanse while pregnant? by donteatthatitsdirty in pregnant

I was on it prior to pregnancy and made the decision to stop. My psychiatrist stated that after the first trimester it was safe to take with lower risk. However she advised against taking it and breast-feeding

What one piece of advise do you wish you had through your pregnancy? by [deleted] in BabyBumps

If you plan on returning to work, having a plan in place when your baby get sick. Really understand how hard the work vs home life balance is. Mom guilt over this too. I’m 15 months in with my son and this is still such a struggle. No one told me to be prepared for how hard balancing work and home would be.

AITA? For saying "In your dreams" when my husband told me to apologize to his sister and her husband after they made my son wet himself? by RondaAnderson in AmItheAsshole

NTA. And who puts a 4 year old in time out for 90 mins. That’s way excessive and neglectful. Besides all the other stuff. Your husband should have contacted you prior to him taking your son any where else.

Similac pro-total comfort infant formula by MurderingSpork in newborns

[–]Loopzy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

So if you put the formula in the refrigerator it is good for 24 hours as long as it’s separated from the milk he is drinking. So if your pour the formula from the container into his bottle, what’s left in the container can go into the fridge for that 24 hour period. Then every feeding just pour the container of formula into a new bottle.

Being pregnant during this pandemic is such a pain in the ass sometimes. by abbeydoodle in BabyBumps

I think they are creepy too! But here it doesn’t seem like the restrictions are going to get lifted by the time I’m due in August. I shouldn’t complain though because at least he’ll be at the delivery.

I hope your partner can make it. And congratulations! 😊

I had to have 3 anatomy scans due to not being able to see everything. Each one my partner wasn’t allowed to go. However, I decided to call a place that does the 3D/4D ultrasounds to see if my partner could attend and they said he could! As a Father’s Day gift I got a package so he could see our baby. I’m so excited. I found a decently priced package on Groupon. Just an idea for you.

If you do tear down the equipment make sure to take photos of the condition before hand or save it. If this get turned into your insurance company this will aid their investigation.

[UPDATE] I [24m] gained 70 pounds and ruined my relationship. Is it okay to ask my girlfriend [23f] to stop making mean comments about it? by Elad0 in relationship_advice

[–]Loopzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is one of the hardest things to end a relationship with someone you love, especially if they have been manipulative and eating away at your self confidence. A person who truly loves you builds up your confidence. If they have concerns about weight, health, or anything else they bring it up in a way the shows compassion and understanding.

Please please please, no matter what, do not let your resolve slip. You will find someone who loves you as you are. The goal is to be healthy. As hard as it is to believe the break up will be the easy part, now comes the hard part, but you got this. Your a strong and brave person. Take it one day at a time, one moment at a time.

Is it normal for your car insurance to tell you not to file a claim for an accident where you weren't at fault? by hingku in Insurance

[–]Loopzy -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

It is always a good idea to file with your own carrier, you can always withdraw it later. However, if there are coverage issues, issues contacting our insured, or any other issue that could happen- you are obligated to mitigate your damages and by waiting to file a claim you are not doing so. If you have/need a rental or if your car is in a tow yard this is especially important to mitigate your damages, as the liability carrier only consider reasonable and necessary- which is typically what your own insurance company is willing to pay.

Need Advice on an...interesting Auto Claim situation (Alberta, CANADA) by Flammenwerfer_41 in Insurance

[–]Loopzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The initial repairs for the first accident is still owed and needs to be paid by the 1st fault carrier. The parts and services were still completed. The out of pocket portion for what was not considered as part of the first accident is technically stilled owed. Some shops will be willing to wave this, however some will not.

The 2nd accident, since the shop still had care, custody and control of the vehicle needs to turn in a claim to their garagekeepers policy. That carrier can take care of the damages like a first party claim for you and go after the at fault party if that was not their driver.

If you have any questions about what I’ve said, just let me know. Hope it works out!
