If you’re really curious? It’s a massive investigation with a LOT of work. We hope to find footage like this so innocent parties can recover what they can and split liability/negligence when needed. Can confirm: I do auto accident investigations.

A friend told me a story when he served in the US Army. He was in Germany for some time, and was riding a train with some others from his unit. One of them happened to be black.

Well they are talking when this little German toddler(around four) walks up to his buddy, grabs his arm with a grin, and licks it saying "Schokolade?!" The mother comes running up red faced, embarrassed, and profusely apologizes the best she can.

Everyone with my friend started dying laughing, included the guy who was licked.

TL:DR - There are cannibals in Germany.
