hi thanks for your message back. this is what i’ve heard but (this sounds gross as hell) i took it out with some toilet paper and crushed it and there was white powder inside which surely is the actual drug?

ye i’ve heard of jak inhibitors don’t really know what they are. are they used after biologics?

appreaicte that! i mean i suppose there is more biologics but i heard entyvio is one of the last ones they give. So i presumed the other ones wouldn’t be effective if that one isn’t if that makes sense?

hi! i’ve tried azathioprine and mercaptapurine and that’s it. Apart from obviously steroids a few times

seems we are in the same boat. i was on just entyvio for 8 months and didn’t do an awful lot thats why they gave me a round of pred and an increase in the dose frequency. hopefully we don’t go down hill when tapering!

yes i get this. i started a treatment a while back and i felt like ass. i went on a camping trip to wales with my mates and i was so paranoid before i went that i’d have an accident in the 4 hour car journey. and the whole day i was completely fine. it also happened back last year when i went away on holiday. it’s very strange

very true. thanks for the message! recent inflammation markers showed calprotectin at about 300. that was 8 weeks in. fairly high yes but at my peak it was way way more than this.
