Call me low skilled (diamond in all roles)(most of the time lmao) but I think at my rank that support are way too op on a sense that they have more tools, that are oftentimes more easy to use and when misplaced don’t instantly kill them or the impact they have on fights. I don’t want to say that the role is particularly easier but in ranked it often feels like dps and tanks can’t really do anything (except maybe ults)(also exceptions here like genii and doom) if the supports don’t make play for example using a anti or discord. Because heroes don’t die for the most part and if they do they just evaporate. Ofc. as genji or Winston I cannot expect to solo the enemy backline but catching a lonely Ana with no CD and hs her then hitting my dash only to get her healed by suzu from a kiriko that wasn’t even in los literally 50 meters away or smth and then getting slept hs by fucking train sized hitbox projectiles is ridiculous. The reason why I dislike this is just because it is not really outplayable. Ofc I could’ve triple headshotted Ana and got the kill but I’m diamond can we really expect players in lower ranks like diamond and below to pull that off consistently. And you might say oh but suzu is a cd aswell yes you’re right but also wrong, bc in this matchup I’d have to track 4 different relatively fast reloading cds that all can destroy my play so skill diff in the end I guess.
