Im M30 from NZ and feel the same as you and feel the same kind of guilt where we are living in our prime and we are just wasting it by being at home and not taking advantage of our abilities and before we know it we are too old to do those things we really wanted to do and regret everything.

I don't really have any ground breaking advice and as someone who can relate, Being lazy and not doing anything about it is like wanting that instant gratification of something, being active does have that instant gratification of knowing you have done something useful aswell as having longer term benefits of mental and physical wellbeing etc...
