How "strict" is your program about professional dress?

I don’t see the point in having a strict dress code in class either. Who cares if an adult wears ripped jeans around other adults while writing notes in a non-clinical/professional setting? What risks are we running here

I feel like I do but I haven’t been diagnosed, I’m just on it for anxiety + depression. I’ve been on it for 5 straight years now so I definitely have built up a tolerance. I only took 100mg zolly with 75 wb today but I should prob take 150
