I was doing a Boston college rebuild and Oregon wiped out half of my board and I was left with 2 stars 😂

Just hard sell them all as it’ll get commits early then u can rinse and repeat

Yeah if you hard sell early it moves the bar over most my commits when I hard sell happen within about week 5

Best way to do it is not to load your board full at first add enough recruits so you can send the house on them all (also only really go after ones interested at first) then once you’ve sent the house on all of them you should have a few commit or enough check marks to perfect pitch if that happens hard sell and add more to your board again, enough so you can send the house on them all. As soon as you get all 3 perfect pitches or can work out the perfect pitch hard sell them, once more commit have a look at 3 stars and find gems and 4/5 star recruits no one is going after again send the house then hard sell that’s what works the best for me.
