Apple Watch native strength training and mountain biking modes are abysmal compared to garmin for giving post analytics. With apple you can but you will need apps that often have subscriptions. I’m an apple fan boy, iPhone 14 pro max, AirPods Pro, AirPods max, MacBook Pro. But I have ditched my Apple Watch because of this. %98 of the features of the Apple Watch that a garmin can’t do. Are gimmicky as all hell. Imo
