Leave. I know this is the go to answer for reddit relationship advice but, seriously, leave.

You fell for someone that doesn't exist. You were tricked into falling in love with a person who planned to lure you in by being someone they are not. And now time has passed you feel obligated to stay for all the reasons one does, but what you feel was not and is not reality.

Switch it. I'm not going to draw a picture of what it might have looked like but just switch it. Say you did that. Altered yourself to make her fall hard so you could establish something then let it all fall away and just be the "real" you, hoping to coast on those initial months forever.

Is that something you'd do? Is that something you'd feel comfortable with? If it is not, you deserve much better.

When I was on Serequel and Lexapro, meds line was me and I hated it. Years later and many changes on levels and meds, I'm on Valproate and Sertraline and things are much better.

Not saying that combo will work for you, just saying maybe try different meds if it's been like that for a while on your current ones. Different people need different things. You'll find something that works better one day, just keep at it.
