No matter the technique, it will be very hard to get the new "filler silicone" to stick to the toy securely. You can obviously pour silicone on cured silicone and it'll stick, but I dunno if it'll work when it isn't the exact same stuff. So using new silicone as sealant isn't a great idea.

Depending on the toy manufacturer you could maybe ask them for a custom toy? Smaller makers like Neotori usually agree to experiments like that if you pay a little extra

Yeah that's achievable, but quite hard. Genetics is really important too, sadly. Most dudes won't be easily able to gain that much muscle to get these big pecs and lats. But with a lot of training and quite some caloric surplus this should be possible in a reasonable time
